Three common faults and solutions for the NC tenon and tenon machine

There are three common faults and solutions for CNC tenon grooving machine.

1, if the workpiece is not positioned correctly, it may be the shift of the fixture column, adjusting the position and fastening of the fixture column.

2, if the slot length error, may loose coupling, or is the origin of the mobile position switch;

3, it is difficult for the fixture to move. It may be that the lubrication of the linear guide is not enough, and the grease can be added.
